Recharge Campaign

About this Project
The call center team leaders aimed to enhance sales and motivate staff to achieve their quarterly targets by converting stranded customers experiencing battery failures into battery bookings. They launched the "Recharge" reward campaign, inspired by the challenges of car battery breakdowns. Under this initiative, team members earn points for reaching their targets, which can be redeemed for exciting prizes such as weekend getaways or dream vacations in the sun.


Solution
I developed a contemporary brand identity featuring a spark element that symbolizes the energy of car batteries. This included the creation of a comprehensive brand book, a conceptual website, and various marketing materials. The call center team was excited about the reward program, and stakeholders were equally impressed with the branding. As a result, we observed a 8% increase in car battery bookings during the campaign, which now runs annually during peak battery season.


Result

The initiative motivated staff to achieve targets, resulting in a 17% increase in bookings during the campaign, which now runs annually in peak battery season.
