The primary objective for RACQ was to boost call volumes and drive sales during the peak selling season while positioning RACQ Batteries and Auto Glass as top-of-mind choices for consumers.
Solution
"Trust RACQ for Batteries" Campaign
Recognizing Queenslanders' trust in RACQ to deliver in critical moments, this campaign leveraged that sentiment to drive a strong boost in battery sales. Using RACQ’s brand guidelines and fresh imagery, I created diverse marketing assets, including Google banner ads, bus shelter ads, magazine placements, call center posters, and direct mail. Supported by a strategic radio campaign and enhanced digital presence, this multi-channel approach led to a record 12% increase in sales above budget during peak season.
RACQ Auto Glass
Collaborated closely with a creative agency to shape the direction of a campaign featuring kids accidentally breaking a car windscreen during a cricket game. I ensured clear communication of project objectives and reviewed creative outputs to align with brand standards and campaign goals.
