About this project

Club Assist wanted to organise a memorable and unique team bonding sporting event. The idea behind the event was to get interstate employees together and work as a team. "A unique experience for employees to Play an AFL game on the MCG".

Solution

I created teaser posters to enthuse staff to participate. Training sessions were organised with ex AFL legends where staff got to meet and greet. Banners, schedule agenda, dinner menu, welcome packs, thank you cards, DVD and launch party materials were produced. After a memorable day on the G, employees had a farewell dinner where they got to know their colleagues and share key learnings of what works in their respective state. The event was recognised by employees as one of the best and as a result interstate staff were having more frequent meetings and sharing ideas.
